Corpus Christi may not have a lot going for it - what with the collapse of the domestic oil industry, stagnant growth, backwater politics, oppressive heat. There are some things about it, however, that are truly wonderful. And one of these things is breakfast tacos. There is a higher density of great taco shops in this city than in any other place in the world. A bold statement?
